Birth control is the only effective way of reducing the number of stray dogs and cats.

Therefore, we run a trap-neuter-return program. We are the first and only charity in the city of Arad that runs a TNR program for stray & feral cats, stray dogs and cats & dogs with human companions on low income.

We started this program with help from: Kim Bartlett - Animal People, Margaret Gebhard, Alley Cat Allies, ACES, Janice Emich, Dogs Trust, Philip Wollen, Emma McKee, Eileen Weintraub, SNIP International and many other friends.

We also like to thank Mrs. Nancy Janes and Romania Animal Rescue, Inc. for their support and their hard work throughout Romania.

 We also provide medical assistance to the stray and feral cats and stray dogs collected for spaying/neutering.
